About this deal

Harvest is a community gathering at Box Hill. You are invited to a mass picnic at Donkey Green while multiple choirs sing out across the hills and poets recite their specially created works all around a stunning art installation.

In my pain and frustration, my eyes had been blinded to this truth. Thanks to you, Yannie, and Roiteloin, I see again. Seeds of Hope is a dream seed sown a few years ago. With a huge increase in demand for locally adapted, open-pollinated seed 2021 seemed the perfect time to launch membership of a seed library. My name's Charlie Gray and I've been saving seed at Horton Community Farm in Bradford for many years now. I continue to grow and save seed here and am also Northern Regional coordinator for Gaia Foundation's Seed Sovereignty programme. When Yannie suggested I travel to Coerthas, I had not the slightest idea what she had in mind. The moment I laid eyes on this forest, I remembered.

Our battle with the Ixal rages on, and there are rumblings from the Empire as well. With each passing day, more people die, the soil is stained deeper with blood, and the Twelveswood weeps... Botany is not simply my livelihood. I consider it my true calling─a calling I would never have discovered were it not for Fufucha's guidance. Needless to say, I was devastated to hear the news. All 497 Morrisons stores will deliver ‘Little Sunshine’ certificates and gifts to hundreds of children nationwide who have been nominated for their contribution to supporting the local community through the pandemic. We aim to make seeds available through our own Airtable similar to this from London Freedom Seed Bank and will be posted to members for the cost of postage. We encourage members to sow seeds and to save and return some to the library. This way we can increase the amount of locally available open-pollinated seed.

It took one minute on one radio station in a rural community in South Georgia to launch a movement that would one day bring hope to millions of people around the planet. “A Seed from the Sower,” a daily devotional program that began in Metter, Georgia, in 1952, rapidly became one of the most listened-to inspirational sermons in the world. The response to that radio program was so overwhelming that the speaker, Dr. Michael Guido, decided to make a similar program available on television. Soon, what was once a “Georgia swamp” became the most beautiful three acres in Georgia and became the “studio” for “A Seed For the Garden of Your Heart.” Today, “A Seed From the Sower” is broadcast 1,500,000 times a year, and “A Seed For the Garden of Your Heart” reaches 1,250,000 homes three times a day. After another long period of silence, Michael gently took Audrey’s hand and said, “Dear, let’s ask God to put on our hearts what He wants us to do from now on.” Following a time of prayer together, Michael turned to his beloved wife with another question, “What did the Lord tell you, dear?” On their long trip home to Metter in an ambulance, Michael broke the silence when he said, “Audrey, we have no assurance of tomorrow, so we need to do more for the Lord each day that he gives us. Other than our evangelistic revivals, what can we do to reach more people with the gospel message? We have just experienced the uncertainties of life and the possibility of death when we least expect it. What else can we do for the Lord?” Fufucha has convinced herself that she is doing more harm than good to the natural world she so loves. Preposterous! Has she forgotten the countless trees she planted after the Calamity, journeying far and wide to return lush verdure to our shattered realm? Roiteloin sympathizes deeply with Fufucha's dilemma, and has devised a plan that he believes will lift her spirits and impel her to reconsider her decision. Gather for him three logs of spruce, a type of lumber still rare in these lands. Use the Truth of Forests technique to identify unspoiled mature trees that appear at 9 a.m. (Eorzea time) to harvest spruce logs.At Yannie's request, Fufucha journeyed to Coerthas to see with her own eyes the forest she helped grow, and the experience has opened her eyes. Return to the Botanists' Guild and speak with Fufucha. Peter Brinch of www.open-pollinated-seeds.org.uk explains why open pollinated seeds are so important Seagrass is vital for biodiversity: 20% of the world’s 25 biggest fisheries are supported by seagrass nursery habitat and, in the UK, seagrass meadows support a wide range of species including two seahorse species, greater and lesser spotted dogfish, grey seal, octopus, and sand eel. Seagrass also has huge benefits for climate: seagrass can capture and store carbon at 35 times the rate of tropical rainforest and globally it accounts for 10-18% of total ocean carbon storage despite occupying less than 0.1% of ocean floor. It also helps climate adaptation, reducing coastal erosion and flooding by absorbing wave energy. How very strange,” Michael responded. “God laid the same burden on my heart, too.” There, the initial “seed” for a radio ministry was planted by God in the hearts and lives of Michael and Audrey. In a matter of weeks, the first radio program was recorded, and “A Seed From the Sower” was broadcast from station WVOP in Vidalia, Georgia.

My words as a friend will not reach Fufucha now─only a fellow botanist who understands the depths of her worries can heal the wounds in her heart. I beg of you, Forename, speak with this Roiteloin and seek his counsel. Unlike many other plants, wildflowers need minimal care and usually thrive in poor soils. They pop up against all the odds – and give a helping hand to bees, butterflies and other wildlife too. They're beautiful, they're valuable, and they're survivors – so we think they're just the right messenger to bring a bit of hope in difficult times."Having finally come to peace with her role as a botanist in times of strife, Fufucha has decided to remain at the guild. She thanks you for helping her rediscover the sense of purpose she had lost, and applauds you as a model for all botanists to follow. I must never forget the lessons I have learned here today. On the contrary, I must share what I have discovered here, that hope might take root again in the hearts of our countrymen.
